History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is wearing a long, brown cloak. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Abalaba was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mortician. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Beast is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and wants her loneliness to end
