She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stylist for the past few years.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Baern was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Baern's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
