History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Gorbundus was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gorbundus's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gorbundus never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and her religion dominates her actions
