Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shifting's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Shifting is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shifting was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Shifting and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Gorga was taken on many hunting expeditions. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Assassin for hire.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 39. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Miller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Gynnie liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
