History: She was born in a small forest village. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
