Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dagnal grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
