Description: A middle-aged man, he very much looks the part of a Tanner, and is pretty ugly. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears green leather gloves, a green jacket, and tight pants. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Cairn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her brown fur is long and unkept. Her green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Description: An older woman who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat, she is not a threatening figure. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
