History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and is pretty ugly. He wears his gray fur up. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Shifting is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Farmer business.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Kairon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kairon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Callie abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
