History: Born to a Actor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
