Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a worn and beaten armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Barendd enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Barendd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lone fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. Phann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Quelenna was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away.
