Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shivering studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
