Personality: Oppleby hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Oppleby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Barkeep soon after.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to be a carpenter again

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears just a red suit. She has no hair. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. He keeps his yellow fur in a pixie cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. River was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
