History: She was raised in a island tribe. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His copper crest is thinning but still full. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This malnourished woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her red fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Trym learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult
