Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Shava was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Dell hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, green shirt, and black tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'1" when asserting herself. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Meena was born with her father's beautiful face. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Zunn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zunn 's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
