Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
