Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Ogbur hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'11" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her black fur up. This yellow eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lavinia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and she has money and likes to spend it
