History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Decarabia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Barber, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
