Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
