History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's repulsed by the pc
