He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

History: Oblar was born with his mother's beautiful face.
