Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: An older woman who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, she is not a threatening figure. She has done her best to style her gold crest to look like a famous performer. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by her family
