Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Marastyr is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Marastyr was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marastyr fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sumnes was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She tends to her Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Servant who has hired her part-time. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality
