History: Hecat lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Melech alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
