Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion.
