History: Zanna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Zanna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zanna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Roofer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.
