History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to pay off his debts

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. After a long history of fighting, Ahrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.
