History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Pelt was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Pelt was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
