Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Neega reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel.
