Description: An older woman who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat, she is not a threatening figure. She has wavy brown hair. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Bella was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bella. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears just a violet suit. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ella isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Sellsword like his father before him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he is wracked by social anxiety
