Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Dagnal was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
