History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Flogg was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Glassblower. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor
