In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Gesrethe learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gesrethe took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.
