History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Reynard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Reynard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Phann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She's also a talented Seamstress, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Carpenter job and began her own company from there.
