Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Tordrid took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordrid fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: Standing 5'5", this woman is typically in her Mercenary uniform. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker blue hat.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rinn. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This woman wears a tan costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on her right hand. She keeps her red hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Claira wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She also has developed a complete distrust of the Laborer profession.
History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Claira was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her dark red hair is still thick. Her white eyes peer out from beneath her top black hat.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: An older man who is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are green.
Personality: Kilvar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the east to a Assassin, Kilvar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Kilvar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kilvar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
