Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hupe's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Hupe is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Halfling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 57. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vanuath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanuath. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a green vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her green boots flare out at the collars. Her gold crest is lengthy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Mishann is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Mishann took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Performer business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
