His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is greedy

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to work out more often
