History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Mordai took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Mormo was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
