History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Courier. She's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Carpenter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is unsatisfied with her job
