Description: She is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. She carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished scythe as well. Her hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a brown broad hat and brown clothes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and money/treasure

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

History: Fargas was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fargas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He has wavy golden hair. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and many brigands want him driven away

Voice: Raspy

Description: He wears a black vest and prefers tan and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and carries maces. His silver crest is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norkruuth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people.
