Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her bastard sword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and is pretty ugly. Her scarlet crest is knotted and matted. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Mâku enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Thava has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is short and brown. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Architect, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor
