History: He was born in a small desert village. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Akta was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
