History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Helen was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Blacksmith. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a large black jacket. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Patrin embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
