He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Kilvar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
