History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. He wears his silver hair down. He has gleaming, smiling silver eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. She has moderate length green crest. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She takes great joy in being the best Brewer in town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Whurdred was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
