Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Ulfgar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
