History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shedinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. After a long history of fighting, Shamil and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with her crush

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a fancy red dress. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and further expansion of business

History: Senteq lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is unsatisfied with his job
