History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Architect, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the south. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Whurbin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age his mother died while driving off some drow. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired her part-time. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
