History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Guard. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her black hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are black.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Ishte was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ishte alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and revenge

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a green tunic with grey highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around her shoes. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears white trousers with tan and green striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Harriet was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Harriet was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Harriet's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
