Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. She keeps her long scarlet crest kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Blendaeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for her, and Xanaphia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Xanaphia hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Xanaphia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
