He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Valanthe was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Farmer. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
